Dear St. Francis School Families,
Yesterday we began a new church year (liturgical year) with the season of Advent. Advent is a time of preparation that directs our hearts and minds to Christ’s second coming at the end of time and also the anniversary of our Lord’s birth on Christmas.
There are many online resources available that you might find helpful during these days of preparation.
Show us, Lord, your love;
and grant us your salvation.
- Psalm 85:8
1st Grade Prayer
Dear God, We pray for all workers to be kept safe on their jobs. We pray that the students in the school use Advent as a way of getting ready for the coming of Jesus. We pray for a successful Christmas Program. Amen
Please join us in prayer for our 1st Grade Class
We all need to seek God in prayer with our joys, worries, and thankful moments. Thank you for being a prayer partner for our school. This week we will be lifting up our 1st Grade Class in prayer.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
1 John 5:14
