Dear St. Francis School Families,
Words of Wisdom
Thanks to many of you for sharing your Words of Wisdom. Here is one of the many great entries. Please take a look at the wall display at school too. When the root is deep, there is no reason to fear the wind!
It’s a big decision to choose where your children will attend school. For 14 years of their lives these people - teachers, staff, and volunteers – will be spending just as much (if not more) time with your children than you will. These folks will be the ones helping to instill the important values, teaching the hard lessons, caring for your child when they are sad, mad, or sick, and helping to set them on the path we as parents hope they will follow. Choosing a school can be a hard choice but St. Francis School made that decision easier for us. Having been a St. Francis alum myself, I knew the benefits that set this school a part from others; a sense of family, smaller class sizes, more personal attention, Kindergarten/5th grade Buddy program, Christian values, and so much more. I’m grateful for having attended St. Francis School and know the lasting effects it had for me and I am even more grateful that we can send our children here as well. Becky Beissel, Mother of Kallie and Evan

FRIENDS OF ST. FRANCIS: Last fall we kicked off our Friends of St. Francis campaign. Grandparents, aunts and uncles, school alumni, and supporters of our school sent in donations totaling over $7,000!
The beauty of this campaign is that it functions thanks to a small, but hardworking committee, requiring very little in terms of time and effort on your part. All we need are at least 8 names/addresses from each St. Francis School family, to help us populate our mailing database for the next year's campaign. These individuals receive our annual newsletter, which includes updates about our school and an opportunity to offer financial support, if they choose.
With the cooperation of each family, this fundraiser has the potential to evolve into a significant source of funding for our school. Please enter your addresses for next year's mailing below (please re-submit addresses from last year - but this will not need to be done for future years). We are in need of alumni addresses in particular. If you are a St. Francis alum, please think to your classmates and submit any addresses you have.
This campaign is only as successful as the size of our mailing list; we thank you in advance for your support! To submit your addresses, please click here: https://goo.gl/forms/ENWgd8lYHPykVSG72
